The wire is available in sizes from 1-8 mm thick (20 x 2 diameters). You don’t need to buy the phone meters that are available. We suggest you start with; 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.5 mm and 4 mm thick wires. When wiring thick branches, it is recommended to first wrap them in raffia soaked in water so that the branches do not break the wire during construction. Raffia is a palm fiber available at most garden centers.

As with double wire, you will need to cut enough wire to wrap around the trunk twice, and consider the amount of wire to wrap the branch from base to tip at a 45 degree angle.
When installing several wires on the same part of the trunk or branch, try to place them well so that they do not cross each other.

It is important to take care of the tree during its growth so that the wires do not damage it.
