When buying wood from us, we assume that you know how to properly care for wood. Bonsai and other plants are alive and will die if not cared for properly. We have no control over how trees are cared for once they are in your possession. Therefore, by purchasing this timber, you acknowledge that we, the seller, make no express or implied warranties after delivery of the timber. This wood is sold “AS IS” and this sale is considered final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered after the purchase of a tree. We only ship healthy trees. We will require a signature on most trees over $100. If the box arrives damaged, take photos and note it with the shipping company before signing. If you sign for the package, the sale is final.

Shipping may be delayed to avoid wood being stored over weekends or holidays. Most trees are shipped Monday through Wednesday. We do not ship trees in PO, FPO or APO boxes. We also do not ship trees from the continental United States or to California.
Calculated Shipping Rates: All orders (less than $99 or wholesale) will be presented with calculated shipping options based on item weight, box size, and distance from our shipping location. Currently we only use Fedex.
