If you live in a cold climate, we’ll add a separate heat pack to your tree for 120 hours to keep it alive and warm. However, there are destinations where delivery may take longer. If you do not want the tree frozen, we will coordinate with you on a preferred delivery date that accommodates the warmer trend in the weather forecast. We are very careful to follow proper shipping techniques and do not cut materials for shipping. To avoid incomplete or frozen shipping warehouses, we usually only ship our trees on Mondays. We do not combine shipping when trying to ship multiple trees in one box. So avoid any risk of injury. If you require a delivery confirmation or signature or additional care instructions, please ask for them before shipping. In case of occasional damage to the pot or tree, please take photos of the damage inside and outside the box in the original packaging and send them to us as soon as possible. You will get a refund.
